Jacore Systems, Inc. brought suit against Central Mutual Insurance Company, contending that, because of its actions in a prior lawsuit filed by a third party against Jacore, its insured, Central Mutual was estopped from denying coverage to Jacore in a subsequent action involving similar issues.
