This matter presents yet another opportunity for us to address the question of whether court-appointed appellate counsel may be sanctioned pursuant to Rule 2744 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure, Pa.R.A.P. 2744, for the filing of a frivolous appeal.
