Defendant was convicted of violating the "Georgia RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) Act" and for the offense of making a false insurance claim. He was given a 20-year probated sentence for violating the RICO Act and a one-year probated sentence for making a false insurance claim.
