Defendant appeals his convictions of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, in violation of 23 V.S.A. § 1201(a)(2), and driving while his license to operate was suspended, contrary to the provisions of 23 V.S.A. § 674. His appeal rests on three claims: that the initial stop by the police that led to the charges was unlawful; that certain testimony by the arresting officer was improperly admitted at trial...
