This appeal arises out of a suit by the plaintiff, Glenn Gauthier, to overturn a worker's compensation settlement.

In May 1982, the plaintiff, Glenn Gauthier, injured his foot while in the course and scope of his employment with INAMCO, Inc. Suit was filed naming INAMCO, Inc. and its insurer, General Accident Fire & Life Assurance Corp. as defendant, and a trial was held.
