Joseph Rosenfelt (Petitioner) has filed a petition for review of an order of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board), mailed May 4, 1989, granting his request for administrative relief without reducing the length of his prior recommitment as a technical parole violator (TPV).
