In 1981, appellee-Condemnor initiated condemnation proceedings pursuant to OCGA § 22-2-100 et seq. against property that was leased by appellant-Condemnees. An appeal was filed and, after discovery, Condemnor made a motion in limine to exclude certain evidence during the jury trial.
