Plaintiff-appellant Mildred White appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of defendant-appellee State Teachers Retirement System ("STRS"). White first contends that the trial court abused its discretion by permitting STRS to file an untimely motion for summary judgment. We conclude that the trial court was within its discretion to do so.
