Ray appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Harrison County affirming the decision of the Board of Review, Mississippi Employment Security Commission, affirming the actions of the claims examiner and referee in disqualifying Ray for unemployment benefits. He was terminated as an employee of E.I. DuPont for sleeping on the job in violation of company rules.
