Robert Lee Steed appeals the trial court's order adjudicating him an habitual offender. The sole issue on appeal is whether the trial court had jurisdiction over Steed, who was served in accordance with the statutory requirements of former Code § 46.1-387.5, where the trial court was advised that the statutory notice given him of the proceedings was returned undelivered.
