Bethesda Foundation (Bethesda) is a nonprofit organization incorporated in Nebraska. The Bethesda Care Center in Winterset, Iowa, is owned by Bethesda and it includes intermediate (ICF) and residential (RCF) care facilities and apartments for the elderly. The Winterset facility employs ninety people and utilizes the services of fifty-six volunteers.
