A jury found appellant guilty of one count of criminal confinement, I.C. 35-42-3-3(a)(1), a class D felony, and one count of criminal deviate conduct, I.C. 35-42-4-2, a class B felony.1 He received a four-year sentence on the confinement conviction and a fifteen-year sentence on the criminal deviate conduct conviction.
