The named plaintiff, Rebecca Preston, sued the defendants for personal injuries incurred as a result of an automobile accident allegedly caused by the defendant Anthony Keith's negligence.1 The jury found that the plaintiff was 50 percent contributorily negligent and returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $5593.50.
