This is an action for permanent injunction to enforce certain building restrictions administered by the Prien Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc. and Prien Lake Development Partnership, plaintiffs-appellees herein. After trial, the court found in favor of plaintiffs, enjoining defendants-appellants, Kevin E.
