This case is before us a second time. In our first opinion, we reversed an order of the circuit court, which granted defendant Daniel F. McCarthy's motion to dismiss plaintiff Jutta B. Stone's amended complaint. On remand Stone, claiming that McCarthy had agreed to settle the case, filed a motion to enforce settlement. The circuit court granted Stone's motion, and McCarthy has appealed. We affirm...
