This appeal centers on the right of defendant, Lake Borgne Basin Levee Board, under L.S.A.-R.S. 38:113, to enter plaintiffs' property, in order to maintain and clean the drainage canal known as the CD canal or the Twenty Arpent Intercepting Canal.
