This appeal centers on the right of defendant, Lake Borgne Basin Levee Board, under L.S.A.-R.S. 38:113, to enter plaintiffs' property, in order to maintain and clean the drainage canal known as the CD canal or the Twenty Arpent Intercepting Canal. Plaintiffs seek review of the trial court's decision dismissing their suit for damages.
