Appellant Robert Edward McLaughlin appeals from judgment of sentence entered March 6, 1989. The facts which gave rise to this case may be summarized as follows.

On June 19, 1988, at approximately 12:00 noon, appellant arrived at the Millvale Sportsman's Club intending to do some skeet shooting. While waiting to shoot, appellant went to the bar where he proceeded to drink numerous glasses of beer and shots of whiskey. At about 3:00, appellant...
