PER CURIAM.
This is an appeal of an order granting a motion to dismiss with prejudice a claim seeking money damages for alleged violations of the theft statute, § 812.014(1)(a), Fla. Stat. (1989), and the dissolution of the defendant corporation pursuant to section 812.035, Florida Statutes (1989), which provides civil remedies for theft. We reverse.
