Appellant Thomas B. Wilson, the personal representative of the estate of Beverly Thompson, brought an action for declaratory judgment seeking to recover uninsured motorist benefits under the insurance policy issued by respondent State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm).
