In compliance with the Public Bid Law (La.R.S. 38:2211 et seq.) the Lafourche Parish Council (Council) advertised bids for the transfer of solid waste generated in Lafourche Parish to an approved solid waste disposal site outside Lafourche Parish. Triad Resources and Systems Holdings, Inc. (Triad) and Solid Waste Disposal, Inc. (Solid Waste), among others, submitted bids for the project.
