Harold W. Frantz was convicted by a jury of two counts of violation of Code § 18.2-374.1(B)(1) and three counts of violation of Code § 18.2-370(6), offenses which involve the solicitation or encouragement of children under the age of eighteen to appear in sexually explicit visual material. He was sentenced to a total of twenty-five years in prison, with fifteen of those years to be served concurrently with other sentences.1...
