D.D.O. v. STATE

No. 89-749.

557 So.2d 103 (1990)

D.D.O., a Juvenile, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

February 6, 1990.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Bennett H. Brummer and Wendell Graham and John Lipinski, Sp. Asst. Public Defenders, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Hollywood, and Patricia Ann Ash, for appellee.

Before BARKDULL, HUBBART and GODERICH, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

Juvenile appeals an adjudication of delinquency for theft of an automobile and trespass of a conveyance. The State concedes properly that the evidence at trial was insufficient to prove that the Defendant had the requisite intent to be found guilty as charged, and we therefore reverse the adjudication of delinquency and remand for appropriate proceedings. See B.P. v. State, 515 So.2d 423 (Fla. 3d DCA 1987);
