BYRNES, Judge.

James Edgar appeals his conviction of aggravated rape and attempted first degree murder. He was sentenced to serve a life sentence on the aggravated rape count and fifty years at hard labor on the attempted murder count with the sentences to run concurrently. He thereafter was found to be a multiple offender. The court sentenced Edgar on the attempted murder count to fifty years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence...
