Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant contends that the People failed to prove that he was liable as an accessory for the crimes of burglary in the third degree and petit larceny in connection with the theft of merchandise from a department store. Viewing the evidence adduced at the trial in a light most favorable to the People (see, People v Contes, 60 N.Y.2d 620), we find that it was legally sufficient...
