The appellant, Glen Lane, alias "Nugget," was convicted of two counts of the sale of marijuana within one mile of a school, in violation of § 13A-12-211, Code of Alabama 1975. He was sentenced to two seven-year terms in the state penitentiary, to run concurrently, with five years to be served without provision for probation, pursuant to § 20-2-79, Code of Alabama 1975.
