This is an appeal from an August 29, 1989, adjudication order of the separate juvenile court of Douglas County finding D.D.P., born March 12, 1978, to be a juvenile within the purview of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 43-247(3)(a) (Reissue 1988). The child's parents did not contest jurisdiction of the juvenile court on the basis stated, but the guardian ad litem for the minor child timely appealed the order, on behalf of the child.
