This is an appeal from a summary final judgment for defendants.

Appellant Boehm instituted an action in 1987 against American Bankers Insurance Group, Inc., hereafter referred to as ABIG, and Gerald Gaston, hereafter referred to as Gaston, alleging tortious interference and defamation.
