The plaintiff appeals from the decision of the trial court granting the defendant's motion for summary judgment. He claims that the trial court improperly (1) denied his request for production of material in the defendant's personnel files, and (2) granted the defendant's motion for summary judgment. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
