Plaintiff-appellant, Karen Koch, appeals the summary judgment granted by the trial court in favor of defendant-appellee, George W. Gross. The trial court sustained the motion on the basis that appellant's legal malpractice claim was barred by the one-year statute of limitations provided by R.C. 2305.11(A). Appellant's single assignment of error alleges that:

"The trial court erred when it granted, perhaps without having the entire court file...
