Chris Demopolis appeals an order vacating a default judgment that he obtained against Lana R. Kimzey. He maintains that the order was improper because Kimzey failed to serve him with a motion as required by court rule and that the trial court abused its discretion when it vacated the judgment pursuant to CR 60(b).
