Howard Blythe was convicted of murder on November 13, 1971, and sentenced to not less than 35 nor more than 70 years' imprisonment. (People v. Blythe (1974), 17 Ill.App.3d 768, 308 N.E.2d 675.) He was paroled from physical custody of the Department of Corrections on October 31, 1983...
