Defendant, Michael Priola, was convicted of aggravated criminal sexual abuse (Ill. Rev.Stat.1987, ch. 38, par. 12-16) and sentenced to a three-year term of imprisonment. On appeal, defendant contends his conviction should be reversed for the following reasons: (1) the trial court refused to instruct the jury that defendant could only be convicted of the above offense if the jury found that he touched the victim's vaginal...
