Defendant, State Security Insurance Company, appeals from an order of the circuit court granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff, John Heneghan. Defendant raises on appeal the issue of whether the trial court erred in finding that defendant was estopped from invoking the two-year limitation within which plaintiff had to file an uninsured-motorist claim.
