The defendant, Rhonda Welk, appeals from a $549 judgment entered in favor of the plaintiff, Marianne Schlosser, d/b/a Select-A-Video. The record shows that the defendant was an employee of Select-A-Video until her termination on October 5, 1987. As a general policy, employees were allowed to take video tapes home for their personal use without checking the tapes out or paying a rental...
