Pioneer Power and Light Company, Inc., appeals from a judgment upholding a jury verdict awarding Brad and Virginia Kolpin $133,326.90 for damage to their dairy herd caused by stray electrical voltage. The case was submitted on three theories of liability—negligence, strict liability in tort and nuisance —andthe jury found in the Kolpins' favor on all three.
