PER CURIAM.

The defendant appeals from the judgment of the trial court ordering her to convey certain real property that she had agreed to sell to the named plaintiff.1 The defendant claims that the trial court erred (1) in finding that March 20, 1986, was the operative closing date, and (2) in finding that the plaintiff was ready, willing and able to purchase the property. We find no error.2
