Nanette Kay Niehaus appeals from convictions for possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver or manufacture, and possession of marijuana. The events which culminated in Niehaus's arrest and conviction began in August 1987 when Renee Duff reported the theft of a cable control box and other items from a house in Marshalltown she had recently vacated. Niehaus and Lisa Wollard, both acquaintances of Duff, had cleaned the house...
