Edward and Nancy Bong appeal from a judgment dismissing their complaint under the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law, ch. 135, Stats., against Technical Rubber Company, Inc. (Tech Rubber) and Larry Cerny. Tech Rubber manufactures tire repair supplies. It sells its products to "distributors." Cerny was a Tech Rubber distributor. Tech Rubber permits its distributors to use jobbers.
