PER CURIAM:

In People v Timothy Moore, 432 Mich. 311; 439 N.W.2d 684 (1989), we were asked whether a 100- to 200-year sentence could be imposed upon a person convicted of second-degree murder. We found that to be an illegal sentence.

This defendant was originally sentenced to terms of nearly the same length, and we remanded the case for resentencing in accordance with Moore....
