Appellant brought an action against respondent for an unfair employment practice under Minn.Stat. § 363.03, subd. 1(2)(b) after he was discharged from his job. Discovery proceeded until respondent refused to provide information which it considered improper. Appellant brought a motion to compel discovery and a motion to amend the complaint.
