The question before the Court in this case is whether the taxpayer's property in Bertie County is subject to present use value assessment and taxation for the years 1984, 1985, and 1986. The Bertie County Board of Commissioners denied the taxpayer's application for present use value assessment and taxation. The Property Tax Commission reversed, holding that the property in question qualified for present use value assessment and taxation. We affirm....
