On May 4, 1990, we dismissed an appeal by Steve Bedalow and Delores Fritz in the instant case as premature for lack of jurisdiction in the absence of a finding below pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 304(a) (133 Ill.2d.R. 304(a)). Because such a finding has now been obtained and the appeal otherwise timely perfected, we proceed to consider the merits of the matter.
