The parties stipulated that the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas has jurisdiction over this case and that good service was obtained upon defendant Robert E. Reichert. Moreover, the parties stipulated that on or about December 23, 1988, plaintiff recovered a judgment against defendant Reichert in Painesville Municipal Court in case No. 88-CIV-F-1675 in the sum of $3,373.97 plus interest...
