In this "lender liability" suit, the plaintiffs allege that the defendants, First National Bank in Great Bend (First National or Bank) and Thomas Burcham, the bank's Chief Operating Officer, wrongfully instituted collection actions, forcing plaintiffs into bankruptcy.
