The defendant, Steven A. Ebert, was convicted of third offense drunk driving, in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 39-669.07 (Cum.Supp.1986), was sentenced to 3 months in the county jail, and was fined $500 and costs, and his operator's license was suspended for 15 years.
