Appellant sued appellees as a result of an automobile accident in which appellant's wife was killed. Appellee Lanigan ("Lanigan") was the driver of the car involved in the accident with appellant's decedent, and appellee Prince (d/b/a Bubba's) was the owner of a bar at which appellee Lanigan had allegedly been drinking prior to the accident.
