Brian D. and Cynthia L. Brock purchased a home in Wenatchee from James D. and Sharon E. Tarrant. Subsequently, they learned the home contained urea formaldehyde foam insulation. They filed suit against the Tarrants, Zittings Realty and Century 21 Gold Key Realty for rescission or, in the alternative, damages.
