LETTS, Judge.

A trial judge dismissed a complaint sounding in negligence, gross negligence and breach of fiduciary duty filed by certain hotel/condominium unit-purchasers against the seller's retained accounting firm. The suit was dismissed because the accounting firm was not in privity with those unit-purchasers. We reverse.
