This appeal by J. Richard Vishneski arises from a judgment entered against him in an action for breach of an implied warranty of habitability. Appellees, Kurt and Janice Fetzer, entered into a construction contract with appellant for the construction of a new home for appellees, and construction was completed in September, 1984.
