EHRLICH, Judge.
Cameron Scott Smith, the defendant, was indicted for possession of marijuana for sale, a class 3 felony, possession of marijuana, a class 4 felony, and production of marijuana, a class 3 felony. He was tried before a jury and found guilty as charged. The jury also found that the marijuana weighed eight pounds or more at the time of its seizure.
